PageDuty user Last login report and Alert for user account change

Greetings,

We are working on user access review and cleanup process for PagerDuty and for this reason I was looking for an option to get a report on last login for users. I checked on the PagerDuty application and don’t see any such option.

I was wondering if there is a way you could provide us with this report. Also I wished to know if there is a way to have an on-boarding process and alert options for users so we get an alert for that any change in PagerDuty user account change. (for e.g. Addition or deletion of a user account)
